Hiring a Fully Virtual Florida Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Must be in South Florida)

We are an enterprising personal injury law firm that is on track for aggressive growth, and we need an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join our team, working directly with the owner to support the team and help clients.
We love to help people learn and grow. We need a Pre-Litigation Attorney with experience in personal injury. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding. We want to be known for helping clients come out of an extremely emotional process feeling as though they are a better person, in a better position, and that they had a team behind them that really cared and fought for them. We are growing fast, and we need a prelitigation attorney who can hit the ground running.
This is a full-time position where you are expected to manage a caseload, so you absolutely must be able to work remotely for 40 hours per week.
Initial employment compensation will be based on your experience, with opportunities for increases after that. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.
