EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a computer related field, preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One or more year's experience with Windows, MAC, Chrome, and mobile device support.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
