Job description

The Prairie Ridge RN/LPN plays a crucial role as a team leader at Prairie Ridge Care Center, where they oversee the administration of medications and treatments, as well as closely supervise and direct care for a group of 24-48 residents. They carefully assess the unique needs of each resident, provide valuable input to their individualized care plan, and document all aspects of resident care as outlined in the plan. With their expertise and dedication to providing exceptional care, the Prairie Ridge RN/LPN is an invaluable asset to the care center. As the primary caregiver to residents, good communication skills and teamwork are essential. Dedication to Senior Care and continued development in specialized Senior Care issues is required.

Graduate of approved nursing program. Current licensure in the State of Iowa.
Job Schedule:
Casual employees will work from 3 AM to 3 PM, every third weekend and holiday, and will fill in as needed.
