• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and develop customized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Set therapeutic goals in partnership with clients and monitor progress through consistent evaluation and adjustment of treatment strategies.
• Provide teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients facing barriers to in-person visits, utilizing robust telehealth platforms.

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, offering support to individuals dealing with various mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and relationship issues. • A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist (PsyD).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

• Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on time management and multitasking.
