WHAT YOU'LL DO AS OUR DENTAL PRACTICE OPERATIONS MANAGER:

In this administrative management role, you are the operational engine: you manage the front desk, welcome patients, and coordinate schedules with intention; you verify insurance daily, guide treatment planning, and ensure billing, coding, claims, financial arrangements, and collections are accurate and transparent; you maintain inbox discipline by checking messages and responding to all inquiries, keep the doctor aligned on HR rules and management, and translate data into action by preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports that drive improvements and reduce patient attrition; through it all, you keep communication crisp, the day on track, and the experience exceptional.

In this administrative management role, you will work a four-day workweek, Mon–Thurs, 7 am–5 pm.

  • 2+ years in Dental Practice Management
  • 2+ years in Claims Processing

Preferred:

  • 2 years of dental experience
  • Ability to maintain strong patient relationships
  • Detail‑oriented with a great personality
  • Strong understanding of office flow and operations
  • Ability to integrate coaching and offer constructive feedback
  • Capable of being self‑starters who identify and solve problems
  • Ability to ensure payment policies and collections are upheld
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Consistently demonstrates a professional, patient‑focused attitude with the dentist, team, patients, and referring dentists
