Works collaboratively with area director and practice physicians to ensure the efficient and effective daily operation of assigned practices including but not limited to the supervision and evaluation of the practice staff. Ensures that each office maintains an effective operating environment, assuring efficient and safe operations of all services in response to patient, physician and staff needs. The scope is medium based on providers, staff and locations.
