As their first or newest vascular surgeon, you'll step into a practice already anchored by cardiology, interventional cardiovascular, electrophysiology, and advanced heart valve programs - a built-in referral engine from day one. CMG handles the business side so you can focus on surgery, with billing, credentialing, HR, and practice management all managed in-house. This is a rare opportunity to build a vascular surgery program with institutional backing and a collaborative team behind you.
Position Highlights

  • Full-time, employed position with a stable, physician-led organization
  • Balanced weekly schedule: 1-2 days in clinic, 3-4 days in OR and inpatient rounding
  • Weekday and weekend call coverage

Candidate Requirements
  • MD or DO degree
  • Board Certification in Vascular Surgery required
  • Eligible for or currently holding an Arizona medical license
  • Minimum of 3 years of post-training experience preferred
