Summary:
POSITION OVERVIEW:
A Case Manager II is a professional representative of the Ho-Chunk Nation who is responsible for assisting the families CFS serves with exemplary customer service in order to begin the steps to resolving past traumas. The Case Manager II will have a basic knowledge or willingness to learn about the Ho-Chunk Child and Family standard operating procedures and processes, in addition to gaining knowledge of Ho-Chunk values and culture, intergenerational and historical trauma. The ideal applicant will have strong skills in engagement and family assessment, as well as being able to build rapport and compassion for the families and adults that are being served while working in collaboration with CFS Staff and collateral agencies.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Social Services related field required.
ESSENTIAL:
1. Must maintain a valid driver's license and insurance. 2. Must maintain confidentiality of clients served. 3. Completes all documentation in timely manner. 4. Must promote a positive, non-abusive, healthy lifestyle.
EXPERIENCE:
1. One (1) year of experience demonstrating working knowledge of social work or related field of practice is preferred. 2. Ability to follow the Social Work Code of Ethics and Boundaries.
