Practice Manager (Orthodontic / Dental)

Full-Time | $75,000-$85,000/yr

We are seeking an experienced and results-drive Practice Manager to oversee daily operations, drive team performance, and support exceptional patient care. This role partners closely with the Regional Director of Operations and clinical leadership to ensure operational excellence, financial performance, and a strong, team-focused culture.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead and cultivate a high-performing, patient-centered practice culture aligned with our mission, vision, and values
  • Oversee daily office operations, workflows, and administrative systems
  • Manage team scheduling, payroll, performance, and accountability
  • Monitor and drive KPIs, revenue goals, and bonus tracking
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives and patient growth strategies
  • Ensure compliance with payer policies, regulatory standards, and clinical protocols
  • Manage vendor relationships, inventory control, and financial processes
  • Maintain accurate patient experience standards, addressing concerns and feedback
  • Conduct regular audits (charts, communications, A/R, and operational metrics

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For
