Le coordonnateur de site est le pilier oprationnel et humain de la clinique. Responsable du bon droulement des activits administratives, organisationnelles et humaines sur place, cette personne assure la cohsion de l'quipe et la qualit de l'exprience clinique.

Ce rle va bien au-del de la coordination : il s'agit d'une fonction de gestion autonome, ancre dans l'action, la rsolution de problmes et la prise de dcision quotidienne.

Gestion d'quipe

  • Superviser l'quipe administrative locale : adjointes, rception, secrtariat
  • Grer les horaires, absences, conflits, intgrations et valuations
  • Participer activement au recrutement (entrevue, accueil, suivi)

Leadership oprationnel

  • Assurer la fluidit des oprations quotidiennes de la clinique
  • Organiser l'accueil, la disponibilit des salles, le respect des horaires mdicaux
  • Ragir aux imprvus (annulations, retards, incidents, plaintes, etc.)

Soutien clinique et technique

  • Intervenir rapidement en cas de besoin urgent sur le plancher
  • Fournir un soutien de premire ligne (problmes TI, tlphonie, maintenance lgre)
  • Coordonner avec les quipes mdicales et les partenaires externes (ex. CIUSSS)

Relations et communication

  • Maintenir un lien troit et de confiance avec les mdecins, professionnels de la sant et gestionnaires
  • tre la personne pivot entre la clinique et les services RH, finances, TI, oprations
  • Transmettre les communications importantes de la direction l'quipe

Suivi de la performance

  • Participer aux suivis d'indicateurs cliniques (absences, rendez-vous, flux de patients)
  • Proposer des amliorations pour l'organisation du travail, le bien-tre ou la rentabilit
