Family Health Care is seeking an advanced practice provider at our clinic in White Cloud, Michigan.

Family Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in West Central Michigan. Founded in 1967 as one of the first community health centers in the nation, we provide medical, dental, laboratory, radiology, behavioral health care, vision, and retail pharmacy services at six main offices located in Baldwin, Big Rapids, Cadillac, Grant, McBain and White Cloud.

    Experience Requirements:

    • Two years of experience as an NP or PA in primary care preferred.
