Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Windows Server & VMware Administrator to manage, maintain, and support enterprise infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, VMware vSphere, PowerShell automation, and infrastructure compliance within regulated environments.

Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience administering Windows Server environments.
  • 5+ years of experience with VMware vSphere administration, including virtual infrastructure management and support.
  • Strong proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation for system administration tasks.
  • Experience supporting infrastructure in regulated industries with strict compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with NERC CIP regulations and related cybersecurity compliance standards.
  • Experience with Microsoft certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or equivalent technical experience.
  • VMware certifications such as VCP, VCAP, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows Server infrastructure across enterprise environments.
