Non-Invasive Cardiologist – Coastal Cardiology, Templeton, CA

Join the premier cardiovascular team at Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), a distinguished service of Dignity Health.

We are actively seeking a dedicated Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our established practice at Coastal Cardiology in beautiful Templeton, California. This role offers a sophisticated balance of outpatient clinic care and inpatient services at the award-winning, 5-star rated French Hospital Medical Center.

This exceptional opportunity is part of a robust, established ambulatory clinic system that includes over 160 employed physicians and 20 specialty services. We seek a productive physician committed to delivering high-quality, longitudinal care in a thriving, scenic region.

Opportunity Highlights

  • Clinical Scope: Full-spectrum non-invasive care, including an in-office echo lab (4 IE33 machines), nuclear lab (2 cameras), and a dedicated device clinic for implanted devices.
  • Balanced Practice: Expected clinic volume of 6–8 patients per half-day (at physician discretion) with a non-invasive call rotation of 1:4 (goal of 1:6).
  • Specialty Support: Interventional Cardiologists handle a separate call panel; hospital and answering services call the provider directly.
  • Collaboration: Share a streamlined office with 4 APPs and 2 RNs. Each provider is assigned a dedicated MA (all MA school graduates) and a dedicated receptionist.
  • Technology: Integrated Cerner Ambulatory EHR for charting, ordering, and billing, shared across the Dignity Health Central Coast hospital system.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $500,000
  • Sign-On Bonus: $100,000 total ($50k via PSA / $50k via FHMC-PRA).
  • Relocation Assistance: $10,000.
