As our Senior Director of Public Relations, you will define and amplify Coveo's external narrative, strengthening our credibility and thought leadership with enterprise B2B technology audiences. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in how the market understands our vision and impact.

You'll lead strategic initiatives that elevate our brand across top-tier media while aligning cross-functional stakeholders around clear, compelling messaging that fuels growth.

As our Director of Public Relations, you will:

  • Lead the evolution and execution of Coveo's global public relations strategy aligned with business priorities and brand positioning
  • Craft compelling corporate and executive narratives that articulate vision, differentiation, and market leadership
  • Drive proactive media relations to secure high-impact coverage across business, technology, and industry publications
  • Partner with external public relations agencies to define objectives, manage performance, and scale programs effectively
