Director of Patient and Guest Relations needed for lovely Florida location.  Will Oversee PR, Marketing, strong Patient relations and Business Development.  MUST have general acute care hospital experience of at least 6+ years in PR, Marketing, Business Development.  BS degree, Masters pref.

Must have strong experience in Public Relations, Marketing, Business Development, etc.

Director of  Guest Relations Department and Patient Experience Initiatives. Facilitates patient concerns and resolution. Identifies opportunities for improvement in patient satisfaction and is involved with performance improvement activities. Increases communication and awareness across the organization to improve patient satisfaction. Implements programs to improve employee guest relations skills and awareness. Serves as the Patient Safety Ombudsman.
