About the Role
SharkNinja is looking for a Director of PR & Partnerships to lead our public relations and partnership strategy across Latin America. This role owns how SharkNinja brands are perceived by media, influencers, and strategic partners across the region, translating global brand priorities into PR and partnership programs that land with LATAM audiences and press.
You'll build and manage a network of agency and partner relationships across the region, working closely with global Brand and Communications teams to make sure LATAM has a strong, independent voice while staying aligned with the broader company narrative.
What You'll Do
  • Develop and lead the LATAM PR strategy, including media relations, executive visibility, and crisis communications support across the region.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships across LATAM, including brand collaborations, sponsorships, and influencer relationships that extend brand reach.
  • Manage regional PR agencies and partners across key LATAM markets, ensuring consistent quality and message alignment.
  • Partner with global Communications and Brand Marketing teams to localize campaigns and product launches for LATAM media and cultural context.
  • Serve as a regional spokesperson and media contact, building direct relationships with top-tier LATAM press and influencers.
  • Track and report on PR and partnership performance across the region, using media coverage and sentiment data to inform strategy.
  • Manage the LATAM PR and partnerships budget, ensuring efficient investment across markets and programs.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of PR, communications, or partnerships experience, including senior leadership experience owning a regional or country-level strategy.
  • Deep understanding of the LATAM media landscape, with existing relationships across key markets (Mexico, Brazil, and others) strongly preferred.
  • Experience building and managing partnerships or sponsorships that extend brand reach beyond traditional media.
  • Fluent in Spanish; Portuguese proficiency a plus given the scope of coverage across the region.
  • Track record managing agencies and external partners across multiple markets simultaneously.
  • Strong executive presence; comfortable representing the brand directly with press and partners.
  • A bias toward speed and iteration over process and perfection.
Why SharkNinja?
We're a global product company built by founders, for people who want to build things that matter. LATAM is a growth priority for SharkNinja, and this role has the mandate to build the region's PR and partnerships function largely from the ground up. You'll have real ownership, direct access to global leadership, and the chance to shape how millions of consumers across Latin America come to know our brands.
