Job description

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, creative and organized individual to join our growing team as our PPC and Social Media Manager. This is a dynamic role that will require someone who loves to collaborate and someone who has significant PPC, Paid Search and Social Media experience. This role will manage and monitor all paid adverting accounts including paid ads, paid search, our social media presence, and assure our PPC ad and campaign spend is optimized while our social media marketing efforts maintain the highest possible ROI. This role will also require someone who is deeply familiar with creation and implementation of FB ads, Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads as well as having a significant understanding of GA or GA4. This individual will also be responsible for updating social media and Google pages for locations, events, sales, times and dates. Finally, this individual will need to be someone who loves to get in the weeds and track, analyze, create and report for all paid social activities. Responsibilities

· Manage and Lead in creation, implementation and analysis of all Paid Channels; PPC and Paid Search

· Manage all paid media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Bing, and others.

· Analyze and track conversions, ROI and spend to maximize company’s exposure, sales and revenue.

· Update company’s location pages, hours, sales, etc.

· Create and maintain paid ads, both static and dynamic (visual graphics and video).

· Stay up to date with new and emerging trends in paid social channels, PPC, and other relevant trends, to assure the company’s presence across platforms maintains a high level of ROI.

· Provide copy and engaging content for all paid ads, with focus on promotions and campaigns throughout the calendar year.

· Oversee all paid social media accounts.

· Provide timely reports and analysis of paid social media performance.

· Suggest and implement new platforms, programs or innovations to help enhance conversions, spend, sales or engagement.

· Open to other duties and responsibilities that fall within the scope of the role.

Skills and Qualifications

· 1 year of relevant work experience, required.

· Bachelor’s level degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Social Media, Advertising, Brand, Creative or related field.

· Extensive knowledge, experience and passion for Paid Social and PPC

· Must have experience with Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Bing, and the associated analytics, including GA or GA4.

· Love for being creative while using data and analytics to guide direction.

· Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to work cross functionally.

· Clear and confident communication abilities

· Solid understanding of analytics, conversions, accounting and ROI principles.

· Must have basic understanding and relevant experience with social platforms, workflow, creative and writing tools. · Must live or be willing to relocate to the Johnson City ,Tennessee (Tri-cities) area, with some hybrid work flexibility. Relocation available: negotiable.
