Job description

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution of digital marketing initiatives across our portfolio of multifamily communities. This role assists with search marketing coordination, website optimization, reporting, digital campaign execution, and marketing technology initiatives.


Working closely with the Digital Marketing & CX Manager, this position helps ensure 120+ property websites, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms operate effectively and efficiently.


The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, tech-savvy, and eager to learn in the rapidly evolving digital marketing landscape. This role requires cross-functional team collaboration with IT, Systems, and our external agency. Success in this position requires strong project management skills, clear communication, effective time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Website & UX Management

•Assist in maintaining and updating 120+ property websites
•Monitor heat mapping, user behavior analytics, and site performance
•Coordinate SEO initiatives with properties and agency
•Assist in PPC campaign execution

Customer Experience & Sentiment Monitoring

•Work closely with the Brand and Communications team to monitor online sentiment and customer experience trends
•Identify opportunities for improvement based on resident feedback, reviews, and social engagement insights
•Help surface insights that may inform marketing, operational, or digital experience improvements

Marketing Technology & CX Support

•Assist with implementation and maintenance of marketing technology platforms
•Assist in QA for chatbot functionality and CX
•Support reporting on marketing ROI and performance metrics
•Assist with managing marketing materials and digital assets for properties

Digital Profile Support

•Manage and optimize digital profiles (Google Business Profiles, Apple Maps, Yelp, etc.) to ensure listings are accurate and optimized for local search visibility
•Manage service tickets associated with property Digital Presence Checklist

Project Coordination

•Help manage digital marketing projects using tools such as Asana
•Track project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional collaboration
•Help ensure brand and campaign consistency across locations

Qualifications

Required

•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
•Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience, managing portfolio or multiple brands preferred
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
•Experience with property management software and web-based marketing platforms
•Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
•Ability to follow direction, manage multiple priorities, and complete tasks within established timelines
•Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
•Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and support shared goals
•Strong understanding of SEO, GEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing analytics
