*This is an in-office position based in Walnut Creek, CA. Employees are required to work onsite five days per week; this is not a remote or hybrid role.

StoragePRO Management is seeking an experienced PPC expert to lead paid search strategy and execution across 140+ self-storage locations. This is a specialized, hands-on role focused primarily on Google Ads management, including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Local Listings campaigns. This is not a general digital marketing, social media, brand marketing, or content role.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience directly managing high-volume Google Ads accounts with significant monthly spend, ongoing optimization responsibilities, and a strong understanding of conversion tracking, bid strategy, lead generation, and performance analysis. About the Role:ย  The Paid Search Manager will:

  • Develop and implement paid media strategies across all 140+ locations.
  • Identify growth opportunities across underperforming locations and markets.
  • Build, launch, and manage campaigns in primarily Google Ads. (Secondary: Microsoft Ads, Meta, and more.)
  • Execute keyword research, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns to improve metrics including CPL, conversion rates, and ROAS.
  • Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and campaign structures.
  • Track and analyze performance across the portfolio; utilize dashboards and reporting systems to measure success.
  • Align campaigns with promotions, pricing, and occupancy goals.
  • Maintain account structure and naming conventions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in marketing or related field.
  • 5 - 7+ years of hands-on Google Ads management experience.
  • Experience with multi-location, franchise, storage, home services, real estate, or location-based lead generation campaigns strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution.
  • Experience working directly inside Google Ads accounts on a daily basis
  • Possess a data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Can โ€œthink outside the boxโ€, with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure/time-sensitive environment and adapt to shifts in priorities.
