Developer with PowerShell – 6-Month Contract – Onsite Irvine, CA

Need professionals local to Orange County who can commute to the Irvine office everyday.

No third parties please, no sponsorship or visa transfers available. Strict W2 contract.
Overview
Seeking a developer with PowerShell scripting skills to support an imaging project. This role will involve software upgrades on servers, testing activities, and multiple deployments.
Responsibilities

  • Support an imaging project environment
  • Perform server software upgrades
  • Conduct testing activities
  • Support several deployments
  • Create new PowerShell scripts
  • Ensure all deployments are completed correctly
  • Support migration efforts to a primary application while continuing to work with other existing applications
  • Support cloud services as needed

Required Skills

  • PowerShell scripting experience
  • Development experience with .NET or another programming language

Preferred Skills

  • Cloud experience and/or cloud services support experience

Additional Details

  • 6-month contract
  • Onsite in Irvine, 5 days per week
