Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for configuration and customizations of Dynamics CRM/Power Platform
  • Development of Canvas and Model Apps
  • Understand and Document client functional requirements
  • Configure and customize Power Platform applications based on the requirement specification
  • Provide hands-on functional and technical knowledge as well as manage client relationships within the context of the role.
  • Develop and estimate work items
  • Lead technical discussions with clients
  • Provide technical support to existing clients
Requirements:
  • Good organizational skills with an ability to learn things quickly and adapt to changing situations.
  • Experience with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Portals, Power Automate, and Power BI)
  • Power Platform Administration
  • Data Management and Data Migration between environments with experience in data migration tools
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • 5+ Years of Power Platform or Dynamics CRM Experience
  • Technical and Functional specifications documentation
  • Experience designing and configuring key integration points in CRM
  • Self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong Problem-Solving skills

Nice To Have:

  • Power Platform certifications
  • Business Central or Other ERP Application integration experience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Cloud Products
  • Ability to write Plugins, workflows, and custom JavaScript for Power Platform and Dynamics
