Role Summary

Summit Technical is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Generator Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting power generation systems and equipment. Your expertise in diesel engines, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical systems will ensure the reliable operation of generators across various applications. Duties

  • Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and comprehensive repairs on generators and related power systems.
  • Diagnose electrical issues using schematics, electrical diagnostics tools, and hands-on troubleshooting techniques.
  • Repair diesel engines, mechanical components, and electrical systems with precision and efficiency.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and mechanical knowledge to complete repairs accurately.
  • Conduct small engine maintenance, heavy lifting tasks, and manual handling of heavy equipment safely.
