Here at 10-8 Retrofit, Inc. we pride ourselves on Quality and Workmanship from designing and building a single Emergency Vehicle to more complex jobs as outfitting an entire fleet. 10-8 Retrofit, Inc. holds itself to the highest standards Possible, by using the most up to date technology and parts on the market with our Certified Trained Technicians.

Daily assignments:

· Installation of aftermarket parts into public safety vehicles.

· Integration of aftermarket electronics into public safety vehicles.

· Troubleshooting and repair of aftermarket components in public safety vehicles.

· Janitorial tasks daily as required.

Requirements for technicians

· A basic understanding of 12 volt electrical systems

· Strong mechanical abilities.

· Ability to read, understand and follow build specifications.

· Wood and/or metal fabrication experience are a definite plus.

· Hand tool and power tool knowledge is a must.

· Team members are required to learn quickly and adapt to a challenging and fast paced work environment. This team environment demands completion of projects within specified time frames and without defect.

· Complete hand, cordless and power tool collection as well as appropriate tool storage is a benefit.

· Clear demonstration of aptitude for position hired.

· Possess a valid driver's license.

· Common sense, a positive attitude and able to work as a team

Benefits

· Hourly wage $20.00 through $32.00 depending on experience.
