Hamilton Company is a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of manual, semi-automated and robotic products for precision fluid measuring. We specialize in the development, manufacturing and customization of precision measurement devices, automated liquid handling stations, and sample management systems. For more than 60 years, Hamilton has been satisfying customer needs by combining quality materials with skilled workmanship, ensuring the highest level of performance of every precision fluid measuring device we manufacture.

Hamilton Company is seeking "Production Operators" to assemble precision medical and laboratory devices. We are looking for those with the ability to work accurately and be able to follow schematics and instructions precisely. This assembler position requires excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components and hand tools. Production Operators will need a keen eye for detail and quality while working in a fast-paced environment. 

Other Production Operator/Assembler responsibilities include:

  • Perform routine production duties and preventative maintenance
  • Adherence to product quality standards and procedures
  • Work in a production environment assembling laboratory devices or operating machinery
  • Interact effectively with all support groups and fellow employees
  • Requires excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, high efficiency, and ability to follow process instructions
  • Technician work with the use of hand tools, tweezers, and other light machinery
  • Assemble equipment according to blueprint and schematics correctly

  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced assembly environment to meet quality and quantity quotas
  • Experience using diagrams or blueprints, and follow other written or verbal instructions
  • Mechanically inclined with good dexterity - able to use both hand and power tools
  • Able to quality check finished product and send unsatisfactory items to rework
  • Proven experience with safe production practices
  • Stable work history
  • Basic math required for computing quantities and simple addition and subtraction for counting parts
  • Requires excellent manual dexterity, ability to work with small components and hand tools, and a keen eye for detail and quality
  • Must be able to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in manufacturing environment preferred
  • Technical Certificate and/or LEAP or CTE Program completion preferred
  • Prior technician experience preferred
