Operator III (Lead Press Operator) – Night Shift (7PM–7AM | 2-2-3 Schedule)

Location: Reno, NV
Department: Mailer Production

Hiring Immediately! We are looking for an experienced Operator III (Lead Press Operator)  to join our nightshift team. If you have strong mechanical skills, experience running production lines, and enjoy leading others, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot production and finishing equipment
  • Lead and guide production line crew members
  • Read job tickets and verify materials/components
  • Ensure product quality, registration, and line performance
  • Perform minor mechanical adjustments and basic repairs
  • Track line counts and enter accurate production data
  • Maintain productivity, waste, and quality targets
  • Support safe work practices and uphold housekeeping standards
  • Communicate effectively during shift transitions

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7 years of machine operator or production experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Experience leading or training others
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
  • Comfortable working 12hour night shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs
  • Indoor manufacturing environment (heat, noise, machinery)
  • PPE required

Schedule

Night Shift: 7PM–7AM (223 rotation)
Fulltime | Every other weekend off


Education

  • High School diploma or GED required
