Job Summary
  • The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery to manufacture high-quality products. This role requires adherence to safety protocols, efficiency standards, and quality control procedures to ensure production targets are met. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Operate various production machines according to job specifications, work orders, and production schedules.
  • Load raw materials into the machinery.
  • Monitor machine cycles and parameters to ensure proper operation and prevent errors.
  • Perform routine and in-process quality checks on finished parts using precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
  • Inspect parts for defects, dimensional accuracy, and conformity to established standards and blueprints.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Technical Functional Skills:
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
  • Basic math skills and ability to use precision measuring instruments (on-site training available).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
