Job description

Concert Golf Partners is a boutique owner-operator of private golf and country clubs across the United States. We provide long-term, debt-free capital and professional management expertise to enhance the club experience while preserving the unique legacy of each property. As our organization grows, we are seeking highly skilled contractors who are motivated to make an immediate and meaningful impact on our data and reporting capabilities.
Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Developer (Contractor) to support our data-driven finance and operations teams. In this role, you will focus on building, enhancing, and maintaining scalable Power BI dashboards and underlying data models that provide critical insights for decision-making across the company.
This is an exciting opportunity for a contractor with deep expertise in Power BI, DAX, and data modeling to work in a fast-paced environment and help shape the analytics backbone of a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across operations, membership trends, and financial performance.
  • Build and optimize data models using Power BI, ensuring relationships, measures, and calculated columns are designed for performance and accuracy.
  • Perform advanced DAX scripting and Power Query (M) transformations to prepare and clean data from multiple source systems (e.g., POS, accounting platforms, CRM).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs, gather requirements, and translate business questions into clear, visual, and actionable reports.
  • Manage data integration and ETL processes, including pulling data from relational databases, APIs, and cloud-based data sources using SQL and Power Query.
  • Ensure best practices in Power BI governance, including workspace organization, data security, user access controls, and documentation.
  • Monitor data refresh schedules, troubleshoot performance issues, and maintain data accuracy across all reports and dashboards.
  • Support automation of recurring reporting processes and improve overall data workflows for efficiency and scalability.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Power BI Developer, Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence Specialist.
  • Proven expertise in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query (M), and complex data modeling.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and cloud data environments.
  • Deep understanding of ETL processes and integrating data from multiple systems.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
