Job description

Project Overview:

You will play a pivotal role in the CRM System Modernization project for the Executive Office of the Governor (EOG) / Office of the Chief Inspector General (OCIG). This project involves converting a decade-old legacy Microsoft Dynamics CRM system to a modernized Microsoft Power Platform architecture to improve performance, enhance security, and automate workflows.

Note: This role needs someone with prior experience working for Govt projects, eligible for security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Workflow Refactoring: Replace and refactor legacy Microsoft Dynamics workflows into modern Power Automate and Power Apps solutions.
  • UI/UX & Technical Enhancements: Modernize case management tabs (e.g., updating "Case Details" and adding a "Subject of Complaint" tab), enable manual record assignment, and fix existing system quirks (e.g., timeline rearrangement issues, file import errors).
  • System Integrations: Architect and build automated, highly secure data import pipelines to ingest submissions from the agency's public website and designated email inboxes.
  • Data Security: Ensure all integrations and data transmissions utilize encrypted channels and adhere to strict zero-trust security frameworks.
Required Technical Skills:
  • Extensive experience with both pro-code and low-code Microsoft Power Platform development.
  • Strong programming proficiency in C# / .NET and JavaScript.
  • Deep knowledge of integration protocols and formats, including REST APIs and JSON/XML.
  • Expertise in building and managing Power Automate workflows, Custom Connectors, and Azure Functions/Logic Apps.
