How you'll make an impact

  • Lead development and maintenance of quality management systems aligned with ISO standards

  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve quality issues

Your Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field (Master's preferred)

  • 5+ years of quality engineering experience in manufacturing or assembly environments

  • Strong knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001 (IATF experience a plus)

  • Expertise in root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)

  • Experience with SPC, FMEA, and control plans

  • Certification in CQE or Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) preferred
