Schedule: Onsite
Pay Range: $38-45 an hour
Job Description:
This role serves as the primary liaison between the customer plant and the manufacturing supplier, ensuring quality issues are identified, contained, and resolved in real time. The engineer will support on-site operations, manage non-conformance activities, and drive communication and reporting to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact between the customer plant and manufacturing facility
  • Perform initial analysis and verification of non-conforming or suspect product
  • Support 24-hour containment activities and coordinate additional containment as needed
  • Expedite return of non-conforming materials and track quality incidents in reporting systems
  • Monitor and report PPM metrics, quality trends, and weekly activity updates
  • Maintain and calibrate product test equipment as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support problem resolution and response efforts
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support ongoing quality improvement and business growth
