Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong expertise in Power Apps, Azure OpenAI integration within Power Platform or D365. Familiarity with Copilot for Power Apps, Copilot for D365, and Copilot for Power Automate.
  • We are seeking an experienced Power Platform Architect with strong expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM and/or F&O).
 
The opportunity:
Architecture & Design
·       Define end-to-end solution architecture for Power Platform implementations integrated with D365 (CE/F&O/BC).
·       Design scalable Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven, and Custom Pages) leveraging Dataverse and Azure Services.
·       Architect Copilot-enabled solutions using AI Builder, Copilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agents), and Azure OpenAI integration.
·       Establish governance, security, and ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) best practices for Power Platform environments.
Integration & Development
·       Lead integration of Power Apps with Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and external systems via Power Automate and custom connectors.
·       Design and implement low-code extensions for D365 processes such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Finance.
·       Enable Copilot experiences within Power Apps or D365 using natural language automation, prompt engineering, and custom Copilot plugins.
AI & Copilot Enablement
·       Leverage AI Builder, Azure AI services, and Copilot Studio to automate data extraction, recommendations, and conversational experiences.
·       Drive adoption of Copilot in D365 modules (e.g., Sales Insights, Customer Service Copilot, Finance Copilot).
·       Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify AI/ML use cases within Power Platform.
Governance & Best Practices
·       Define standards for solution architecture, environment strategy, and Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE).
·       Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and performance optimization guidelines.
·       Mentor and guide delivery teams on Power Platform development, deployment, and support.
 
           
What you need:
Core Power Platform:
·       Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas, Model-driven), Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI integration.
·       Experience with Power Fx, custom connectors, PCF controls, and environment management.
 
Dynamics 365:
·       Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service) and/or F&O modules.
·       Understanding of D365 data model, plugin architecture, and integration patterns.
 
Copilot & AI:
·       Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Azure OpenAI integration within Power Platform or D365.
·       Familiarity with Copilot for Power Apps, Copilot for D365, and Copilot for Power Automate.
 
Architecture & Integration:
·       Strong understanding of Azure components (Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions).
·       Knowledge of security and governance frameworks for Power Platform.
·       Experience defining ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600)
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (any track: CE, F&O, or BC)
