As the ERP/ CRM Administrator, you'll play a critical role in designing and delivering scalable, reliable, and innovative solutions that drive business growth. You'll be responsible for integrating and optimizing enterprise applications, including Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, as well as third-party systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. By leveraging Azure tools and DevOps practices, you'll enhance system performance, scalability, and security while ensuring cost-effective operations.
In this position, you'll lead a collaborative, learning-driven environment by mentoring and developing your team. You will align enterprise solutions with business goals, making sure they are well-documented, cost-effective, and in line with industry best practices.
Your key responsibilities:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, Finance and Operations:
  • Design and implement custom Dynamics 365 ERP solutions to meet business needs.
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure modules and functionality meet their needs.
  • Maintain Dynamics platform updates, ensuring reliable platform functionality.
  • Resolve bugs, issues, and other identifiable needs.
  • Maintain secure permissions for users and groups.

Microsoft 365 CRM:
  • Design and implement custom CRM solutions to help drive sales and resolve business needs.
  • Work with Sales, Support, and other teams to help increase productivity, operability, and gain insights into customer relations.
  • Maintain Dynamics CRM platform updates, ensuring reliable platform functionality.
  • Resolve bugs, issues, and other identifiable needs.
  • Maintain secure permissions for users and groups.

Power Platform Administration:
  • Administer Power Platform, Power Apps, and Flows.
  • Offer training and insights into applicable Power Apps.
  • Optimize the Wilson Dataverse and maintain database space constraints.

Azure Tools and DevOps:
  • Use Azure tools to improve performance, scalability, and security.
  • Manage Azure DevOps to ensure smooth (CI/CD) practices.
  • Optimize operations using Azure services to support enterprise needs.

E-commerce and Third-Party Systems:
  • Integrate and optimize e-commerce platforms with Dynamics systems and third-party solutions.
  • Ensure seamless data flow between e-commerce and enterprise systems.
  • Troubleshoot EDI processing errors and help build new EDI integrations.

Cost Management and Licensing:
  • Monitor costs associated with Dynamics Finance and Operations, Dynamics CRM, and third-party systems.
  • Optimize software licensing for cost-effectiveness and compliance.

Analytical Solution Design:
  • Assess business needs to propose robust, scalable solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvement or optimization.

Team Development:
  • Promote knowledge sharing and foster a collaborative learning environment.

Documentation and Development:
  • Maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integrations.
  • Ensure all solutions adhere to organizational standards and best practices.

What you bring to the role:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Expertise in Microsoft Technologies:
    • Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
    • Dynamics 365 CRM
    • Power Platform Admin and Development
    • MS-SQL
    • Azure (Event Driven Architecture, NoSQL, Cosmos, Azure DevOps with CI/CD)
  • Programming Languages a plus: X++, C++, JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, ZPL
  • Web Technologies: HTML/CSS, JSON, XML
  • Integration and implementation of multiple systems with API integration experience
  • Lead by example, creating a collaborative team culture.
  • Coach and develop team members for future roles.
  • Handle complexity and change under pressure.
  • Analyze data to draw insightful conclusions and identify trends and opportunities.

What we offer:
Location: This position is based in our St. George, UT office with a flexible schedule of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote per week.
Compensation: Competitive salary between $80,000 to $90,000 based on experience, with potential profit-sharing bonuses every 6 months.
