Skill Requirements:

·       6-10 years of BA experience; Strong Business and Data Analysis skills

·       Strong stakeholder management skills; Role requires interaction with senior individuals across systems/functions, external vendor/product teams and various internal technology teams.

·       Kanban Board experience for the planning and tracking of work within scrum or Kanban Agile methodology

·       Oracle ERP Cloud Reporting experience

·       Fieldglass Reporting Experience

·       Strong Finance Knowledge

·       Must Have Advanced Skills in Microsoft Products:

o   Microsoft Excel Skills (VBA & Macros, Data Tables, Simulations, Advanced Charting, Pivot Tables & Pivot Reporting, Power Pivot, What IF Analysis),

o   Advanced Power BI skills

o   MS Teams

o   MS Word

o   MS SharePoint
