Mountainside Power is currently seeking experienced Transmission Power Linemen to join our expanding team. We are looking for reliable professionals who take pride in their craftsmanship, demonstrate sound judgment under pressure, and are committed to delivering high-quality work on every project.


Position Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in transmission power line construction and maintenance

  • Proficiency in the safe and effective operation of heavy equipment

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and adherence to job site safety protocols

  • Physically capable of climbing, lifting, and working at elevated heights

  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

  • Ability to work independently and lead by example when necessary

  • Valid CDL preferred

  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

  • Willingness to work 30โ€“80 hours per week, including weekends and travel as required
