This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Demand Generation Manager based in Netherlands.

As a Demand Generation Manager, you will lead the strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives designed to generate qualified leads and drive sustainable business growth. This role offers the opportunity to manage established acquisition channels, optimize marketing investments, and use data-driven insights to maximize campaign performance. Working in a collaborative, results-oriented environment, you will partner with cross-functional teams to align demand generation efforts with commercial objectives while continuously identifying new opportunities for growth. This position is ideal for a strategic and analytical marketing professional who enjoys balancing creativity with measurable performance.

Accountabilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to consistently generate qualified marketing and sales leads for B2B services.
  • Manage, optimize, and scale key acquisition channels, including Google Ads (PPC), LinkedIn Marketing, review platforms, and SEO performance oversight.
  • Allocate and monitor marketing budgets to maximize return on investment while ensuring efficient campaign performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using key demand generation metrics, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives and lead qualification processes.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, test innovative acquisition strategies, and optimize existing marketing funnels.
  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking, reporting, and performance measurement to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, growth marketing, or business development within service-based organizations.
  • Proven hands-on expertise managing Google Ads (PPC) and LinkedIn Marketing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success scaling multiple digital acquisition channels and consistently delivering qualified leads.
  • Experience working with review platforms such as Clutch, G2, Trustpilot, or similar reputation management tools.
  • Good understanding of SEO principles, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic optimization decisions.
  • Experience managing monthly marketing budgets exceeding $10,000.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms is considered an advantage.
