Hybrid/ Chicago, Illinois


Up to $185,000 + Medical, dental and vision insurance + 401(k) match + PTO


We are supporting an industry-leading engineering firm who are growing rapidly across the Power Generation sector. As Project Manager focusing on their Power Generation division, you will manage all activities for large-scale power generation projects.


This role requires proven Project Management experience specific to the Power Generation sector. You will lead all aspects of major, complex projects, including delivery scope, timelines, budgets, quality, stakeholder communication, resourcing, procurement, and risk, to achieve strong client outcomes and commercial performance.

As Project Manager you will:


  • Oversee multidisciplinary engineering projects from initial planning through final delivery.
  • Coordinate dispersed teams and stakeholders, manage programme controls and commercial performance, navigate approvals, address delivery risks and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Support new opportunities through estimating, proposals, contract discussions and scope changes.


Project Manager Requirements:


  • 5+ years' experience as Project Manager within the Power Generation/ Energy sector.
  • Proven experience of delivering complex and challenging Power Generation projects.
  • Gas Turbine experience preferred.
