About this Role

The Site Manager will oversee the successful execution of large-scale Advanced Power Generation projects for the organization and be responsible for on-site leadership, coordination, and delivery of all construction and installation activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires deep expertise in managing mission-critical facilities, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders on complex projects.

What You'll Do
  • Leads overall site management of advanced power generation construction, including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical works
  • Serves as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and consultants
  • Oversees scheduling, sequencing, and coordination of all site activities to ensure alignment with project milestones
  • Ensures compliance with safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality standards
  • Manages and resolves on-site issues, conflicts, and risks to minimize impact on project delivery
  • Conducts regular site inspections, progress reviews, and status reporting to senior management
  • Provides leadership to field engineers, construction supervisors, and subcontractors, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Ensures accurate documentation of as-built conditions, change orders, and project records
  • Monitors resource allocation, productivity, and site logistics to optimize efficiency
  • Supports testing, commissioning, and handover of completed systems to operations teams
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures
What You'll Bring

Required Experience and Education

  • High School diploma, or equivalent
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management, with at least 8+ years in mission-critical/data center or large-scale industrial projects
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, particularly as they apply to mission-critical environments
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time, within budget, and to specification
  • Excellent understanding of construction safety programs and regulatory compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Procore) and MS Office Suite
