Duration: Long-Term Contract-to-Hire
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power BI Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-wide reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, data warehousing, and data modeling, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and secure reporting solutions in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
Create scalable data models and composite datasets from multiple data sources.
Develop Power Apps solutions and Power Automate workflows to support business processes and reporting.
Implement data security, governance, and performance optimization best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and end-user training.
Participate in Agile development activities and mentor junior team members.
Required Qualifications
Master''s degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or additional 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree).
15+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years of Power BI development.
Strong experience with data warehousing, analytics, and reporting solutions.
Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, DAX, Power Query, and enterprise data integration.
Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.
