Job Summary:
Koch Engineered Solutions is hiring a Senior Analyst, Finance Data and AI. In this role, you will own the standards and enablement for scaling AI in Finance & Accounting while partnering with IT and Data & Analytics teams to drive direction and education across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Define and maintain the F&A standards for AI agents; when to build, how to govern, how to evaluate, and how to retire
• Design and maintain reference AI agents that demonstrate approved patterns and serve as examples for future Finance and Accounting use cases.
• Operationalize semantic training so agents can reason over finance data with the right business context
• Own F&A enablement and education; bring the rest of the organization along so AI adoption is not bottlenecked on one team
• Partner with IT and DnA to design proven patterns for industrialization, while keeping organization standards ownership in Finance
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience building or deploying AI/ML or agentic solutions in a business context
• Strong data fluency, including experience with SQL, Python, and modern data tooling
• Demonstrated ability defining and establishing standards, frameworks, or patterns others adopted, beyond use cases and one-off solutions.
• Experience partnering across business capabilities
• Comfort working in ambiguity and shaping a role rather than executing a defined one
Preferred:
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based agents, RAG patterns, or semantic layers over enterprise data
• Experience building or deploying AI/ML or agentic solutions in finance, accounting, or adjacent function
• Background in F&A processes, such as AR, AP, close, consolidation, FP&A, sufficient to design agents that finance teams trust
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI semantic models, or comparable platforms
• Prior experience operationalizing AI inside a regulated or audited function
• Exposure to Koch's Principle Based Management™ framework
