Hybrid: 3 days in office 2 days remote per week

Accountabilities:

As a BusinessSupportCoordinator, you willbe responsible formanaging diaries for managers including travel arrangements, coordinating complex meetings and events in a fast-paced environment. Support can be provided to line managers as well as to different project teams. You can also contribute or drive development projects within our Global Business Support team to enhance our service to the broader PT&D.

Essential Skills/Experience:

  • Min. education level: High School Diploma

  • At least 5 years of relevant administrative experience, confidently engaging with senior stakeholders.

  • Experience managing onboarding processes anddemonstratedcustomer service skills.

  • Demonstrate specialist knowledge in business support activities, making every operation smoother and more efficient.
