Job Summary:
Echo IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Associate to strengthen Power Platform application development, governance, compliance, CoE operations, and AI enablement. The role focuses on tenant-level governance, DLP and environment strategy, adoption through secure guardrails, audit readiness, ALM excellence, and evaluation of new platform features—ensuring agility without compromising security or compliance.
Responsibilities:
• Extensive experience on Power platform building model-driven apps, Dataverse, migrating InfoPath forms, Nintex workflows to Power Automate.
• Define and manage Power Platform environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod, Dataverse, pipelines) aligned to data security and business needs.
• Implement and optimize DLP and tenant policies through Power Platform Admin Center.
• Ensure compliance with Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Purview, and Defender for Cloud Apps; maintain audit-ready documentation (access reviews, RBAC, exceptions, change history).
• Deploy and maintain the CoE Starter Kit including dashboards for app/flow inventory, user activity, maker analytics, and lifecycle management.
• Monitor and remediate orphaned resources, non-compliant solutions, and governance violations using CoE-driven insights.
• Drive adoption and operational excellence by standardizing templates, solution patterns, and governance processes.
• Establish and enforce ALM standards—solutioning guidelines, approval flows, version control, and DevOps-integrated CI/CD pipelines.
• Create consistent, scalable development practices using automated pipelines and governance guardrails.
