Job Title: Junior UI/UX Designer

Location: Charlotte, NC (hybrid)

Duration: 06-12 Months

Requirements:

We are looking for a motivated Junior UI/UX Designer who is eager to contribute to the design of enterprise software products.

Qualifications:  

  • 1-3 years of UI/UX design experience, preferably within enterprise or SaaS environments.
  • Portfolio showcasing your design thinking and work process.
  • Must have proficiency with Figma for designing and prototyping.
  • Must have experience with Miro for collaborative planning and user journey mapping.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and enterprise software constraints.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS or other front-end fundamentals is advantageous but not required.
  • Experience or a bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
