Associate Teaching Professor – School of Computing and Information Sciences

Florida International University, in Miami, Florida, is seeking an Associate Teaching Professor in the School of Computing and Information Sciences in the College of Engineering and Computing. Duties include teaching, research, and service within the field of Computing and Information Science. Teaching duties include preparing academic graduate and undergraduate courses, developing updated curriculums, and mentoring students.

Courses taught will include Introduction to Human-Computer Interaction (CEN3721), Computer Operating Systems (CGS3767), Computing & Network Security (CNT4403), Software Engineering 1 (CEN4010), Technology in the Global Arena (CGS3095), and Computer Architecture (CDA3102), to name a few.

Position requires a Ph.D. in Computer Science or a related field.
