Our mission-driven team is seeking a bold and dynamic Human Systems Integration Engineer who is fueled by high accountability, execution horsepower, and driven to understand our world, science/technology, and life itself, for the benefit of all on Earth and beyond.**POSITION SUMMARY**Since Axiom Space is a very complex work environment, we are looking for a resilient, high-energy Human Systems Integration Engineer who will play a pivotal role in shaping the human centered design of Axiom hardware and the first commercial space station. This HIS engineer will work with engineers, physicians, scientists and Axiom crewmembers to ensure the complex systems being designed are focused on the human.**KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES*** Support the Axiom HSI Process* Support the development of Master Task Analyses* Collaborate with Responsible Engineers, Operations, Medical Operations, and Safety* Work with Axiom Station Responsible Engineers, Operations, Medical Operations and Safety on development of test plans, performing HSI analysis, and support develop the subsequent reports* Conduct user research, task analysis, and usability testing* Support test readiness activities and integration testing* Communicate program progress, status, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership* Communicating project progress, status, and potential issues to stakeholders and leadership* Implementing and maintaining agile project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle* Perform additional job duties as assigned**QUALIFICATIONS:**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
