In this role, you will combine deep technical expertise with customer-facing impact, acting as a trusted advisor on farm performance and nutrition strategies. You will play a critical part in translating cutting-edge solutions into practical, farm-level results.

What you'll do:
As the Technical Specialist - Aquaculture, you will be the go-to expert supporting customers from hatchery through grow-out, ensuring optimal performance and production outcomes.

  • Serve as the technical authority, supporting shrimp and marine fish customers across the Middle East.
  • Partner closely with Key Account Managers to provide integrated technical and commercial support to key customers
  • Drive adoption of functional feeds and next-generation health solutions
  • Diagnose on-farm challenges and translate findings into practical, results-driven recommendations
  • Deliver technical trainings, workshops, and customer engagements, building trust and long-term capability
  • Contribute to the growth strategy of the aquaculture business, particularly shrimp, through strong technical positioning

What You Bring
You are a technically strong aquaculture professional with a passion for translating science into customer value.

  • MSc or PhD in Aquatic Animal Health, Veterinary Science, Fisheries Science, or related field
  • Hands-on experience working with shrimp and/or marine fish production systems
  • Understanding of warm-water and high-salinity aquaculture systems relevant to the Middle East
  • Familiarity with functional feeds and additives (probiotics, immunostimulants, organic acids)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to influence customers and internal teams
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage
  • Willingness to travel (~40%) across the region
