Job Summary
- Operate high-volume duplicating and document imaging equipment, and related software.
- Manage high-volume mail systems, including sorting, distributing, shipping, receiving, and applying postage.
- Generate reports for digital printing, imaging, and mail systems.
- Provide basic copier maintenance and coordinate equipment repairs as needed.
- Perform binding, quality control, final checks, and housekeeping tasks.
- Carry out file services, call center, and receptionist duties as assigned.
- Support building operations such as meeting room setups, light maintenance, and occasional cleaning.
- Maintain records for management reports, supply inventories, and billing logs.
- Distribute office supplies, mail, and fax transmissions to staff or designated areas.
- Respond to customer service calls and questions regarding job requests.
- Deliver completed jobs to specified locations within or outside the site.
- Ensure copier areas are neat, well-stocked, and functioning properly.
- Use various office and bindery equipment (e.g., shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, stapler, postage meter).
- Access and manage files using MS Office, email, and document management systems.
- May require travel between buildings and occasional overtime, including nights and weekends.
- Perform document filing, archiving, and purging as required.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by site management.
