Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Full or Part-Time Shipping & Customer Service Associate to join our team at The UPS Store in Raleigh, NC. This position offers an outstanding opportunity to deliver exceptional service to customers while supporting daily shipping and operational activities in a fast-paced retail environment. Compensation ranges from $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting with shipping, packaging, and mail services.
  • Accurately and efficiently process shipments, ensuring compliance with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other carrier regulations.
  • Promptly and professionally address customer inquiries and resolve any issues.

  • Provide support for additional retail services such as printing, copying, and mailbox rentals as needed.
