JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you a Marketing student eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment? Emerson has an exciting opportunity for you! Based at our Houston, TX location, you'll join a collaborative marketing team supporting day-to-day activities across content creation, digital execution, campaign development, and administrative tasks. This role offers exposure to brand management, digital analytics, social media, events, and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to impactful product launches and strategic marketing initiatives.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Assist with integrated, digital, and product marketing initiatives by supporting campaign development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align messaging and goals.
  • Create and manage marketing content for digital platforms, social media, and promotional campaigns.
  • Support product launches by coordinating assets, timelines, and promotional strategies that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Help define audience segmentation and campaign planning, including lead scoring models, schedules, and targeted marketing assets.
  • Analyze trends and measure campaign effectiveness using tools such as Excel, Power BI, and marketing automation platforms to generate actionable insights.
  • Prepare detailed marketing reports by collecting and summarizing performance metrics, conducting post-campaign analysis, and presenting findings to guide future strategies.
  • Provide administrative support for marketing projects and events as needed.

  • You have strong communication skills relating comfortably with people across levels, functions, cultures, and geography. You are eager to learn and apply your learning to new situations. You work collaboratively, are results-oriented and have a strong customer focus.
