Job description

Post Production Portables Coordinator

The Post Production Portables Coordinator inspects, ships, receives, repairs, and maintains an accurate and current graphic inventory for one of our largest clients.

What you’ll do:

  • Works closely with the Amgen team to ensure all graphics are shipped to the sales representatives as requested
  • Maintain a complete and accurate inventory of all graphic materials within Access Track
  • Work closely with the account manager assigned to each job to ensure that the graphics are pulled and shipped properly, and target graphics are correct
  • Follow up with the table top display and portable supervisor if graphics do not return with 14 days of the ship date
  • Maintain work area in a safe and clean condition free of hazards
  • Display new graphics for the design team to check for quality control as needed/required
  • Inspect incoming exhibit cases/graphics returning from shows and prepare damage reports within 10 business days of the property. Make repairs as needed while communicating with the project manager to ensure proper costs are captured
  • Prepare and affix labels on cases accurately indicating case contents
  • Adhere to all timelines and deadlines. Communicate deviations to the timeline in a proactive manner to the appropriate project manager
  • Assist other team members within Amgen production team
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with all internal clients and vendors.  Treat all internal clients and vendors with respect and professionalism

What we'd love to see:

  • A minimum of a High School diploma
  • Previous experience in inventory management
  • Prior experience with UPS/FedEx shipping and receiving
  • General knowledge of graphics layout and design preferred
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in the tradeshow industry
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds is required for success in this role
  • Strong working knowledge of safety requirements and safe working practices
