Job description

Job Title: Operations & Cleanroom Technician

Location: Clinton, Connecticut

Pay Rate: $18–$20/hour (based on experience)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Operations & Cleanroom Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and in compliance with strict quality and regulatory standards. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members to support efficient, high-quality production
  • Inspect products to ensure they meet established quality standards
  • Assemble products according to detailed drawings and specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all work areas
  • Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Adhere to cleanroom protocols to control airborne particles and bioburden
  • Clean and disinfect work surfaces and controlled environments per established schedules
  • Accurately complete and maintain production and compliance documentation
  • Pull inventory for production and return excess materials post-production
  • Report non-conforming materials, low inventory levels, or compliance issues to the Production Supervisor
  • Participate in production meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist management with the creation, review, and execution of batch production records
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Comfortable working in a cleanroom or controlled environment

Physical Requirements:
